Server shows 32 slots in server list, 64 direct connect

i bought Element club Aurum a week or 2 ago.
I instantly used my key for 64 slots
I noticed that in the server browser my server has a max of 32 players

but when im using my direct connect code: j4yp5a its showing 64 slots…

What is happening? Which one is the right one? Is my limit 64 or 32?

if you didn’t enable onesync, it’s still 32

Mine is doing the same and i have Onesync enabled, not sure what to do at this point.
