I had a bad encounter in a server.
I bought a vehicle slot for me in a server.
They added it in, but I was rude (not insulting him in any way)
they are saying u won’t have access to the certain vehicle for 6 months.
Can they legally do this and can they do this with the FIVEM-TOS?

If the “vehicle slot” thing was done via Tebex, it’d appear to be within the TOS - just a bad server, that’s all. You paid for the privilege of using a vehicle, however there is nothing - as far as I know - necessitating them to actually deliver, especially if they can provide a reason as to why they would opt against it.
In your case I would recommend trying to work out a mutually agreeable solution to the problem.
