Server is not updating in the server list and not even showing up!

Also add what you already tried so far.

Used a new IP address
Used a new Port
Opened ports multiple times
Deleted server cache
Direct connect is working as expected, but server list doesn’t update, when any scripts are installed, assets and cars work.

Looks like you missing some of the default resources that comes with default server.cfg
Fix that and wait up to 5 minutes, update me if that worked.

You still missing rcon-log and got twice session manager, just use this picture and do the same and then all your scripts.
Are you home hosting or VPS?
The server console gave any errors?
Heartbeat sending successfully?
