Server icon wont upload

I’m trying to upload my icon but it wont change on the browser or anything here is some info

I made sure its 96x96 pixels
I added load_server_icon logo.png to server.cfg
my image is named logo.png
and image is in correct location
I already restated the server about 20 times

Looks like your file name is logo.png.png
The server console will also give you some information when trying to load the file if something is wrong.
