Server host at home

I have a pc (2.2ghz dual core amd athlon x2 64, 4gb ram ddr2 and a sata 2 hdd) and i want to host my server on him. How i can make this?

I don t want to have a local host because i will play on another pc

Settings up FXServer is the same instructions for every device, wheter you host it on your pc as ““localhost”” or connect to it from another machine.
