Hello FiveM community,
I’m encountering an issue with my server where it frequently appears as offline in the server list, but after some time, it reappears and then disappears again. This happens intermittently, and the server behaves as if it’s not registered in the server list at all during certain periods.
What I’ve tried so far:
- I’ve checked and confirmed that the license key is valid and correctly set in the
server.cfgfile. - I’ve made sure that the necessary ports (30120, 443, etc.) are open and properly forwarded.
- The firewall on both the server and router is configured to allow incoming and outgoing connections on the required ports.
- The server can be accessed directly through the link
https://cfx.re/join/[id], but it fails to appear consistently in the server list. - I’ve checked the server logs, but I haven’t found any errors related to this issue.
Additional Information:
- My server seems to be working fine once connected via direct join link, but it keeps disappearing from the list after a while and reappears unpredictably.
- Traceroute and ping tests to
keymaster.fivem.netshow no issues. - I’m using the latest version of FiveM, and everything is updated.
Questions:
- Has anyone encountered a similar issue with servers disappearing from the list and coming back intermittently?
- Could this be related to a problem with the FiveM Keymaster, server configuration, or network/firewall settings?
- Are there any specific settings I should check or tweak to prevent this from happening?
