Server doesn't see me as ADMIN but steam identifier is applied

Hi there,

I started my server since a long long time, but it runs fine although one little weird thing;

I’ve put the steam identifier at the right place to make myself an admin but it doesn’t seem to work at all.

When using an admin command it says that Im not allowed to do that.

any help please
