i tried to verify the game files in steam but nothing happened and my internet speed is 2.1 MB/S i dont know what is the problem , when i tried to use vpn i joined successfully to a server but my ping was very high and the server kicked me because of the ping

Hello I have found a fix for you I have had that problem you need to reinstall five 2 time possibly it might have been it skipped a file and before you do that goto taksmanger goto services then find fiveM.EXE Right click change priority then click high NOT REALTIME hope that fixes your issue.
Timeouts can be caused by a lot of different things. Mostly a poor connection to the server, bad resources, or just a huge amount of resources loaded (+200).
There’s no real “fix” for timeouts, mostly sever optimization’s by the server owner is what might help.
