Server boost not sticking

Server boost will not stick to any server, Boost was purchased and attempted to applied to Ocean Drive, but the boost level never changes, and restarting the client shows “NONE! Boost a server by clicking the upvote button in the server list.”

System specifications
32gb ram, AMD ryzon7, not a PC issue.
What did you do to get this issue?
Attempted to apply boost to server. It says boost applied. either waited, or played, restarted client. Profile says “NONE! Boost a server by clicking the upvote button in the server list.”
What server did you get this issue on?
Any, but I want to apply the boost to “Ocean Drive”

Also add what you already tried so far.

Restarted client… Left client running over night, opened client on a separate PC while the client was running after attempting to boost a server. Nothing seems to make the boost stick, it always says NONE when checking my profile after starting the client, and the boost level never changes.
