Server blocked: 3 MAILS NO RESPONSE!

Hello, Recenty my FiveM server has blocked because of unauthorized GSP, While that was authorized…
I Purchased a VPS on ServerEasy.it
I sended 3 eMails to Support@fivem.net, but an external moderator (I don’t name her name so as not to make a polemic) He IGNORED me!!

If any kind person offers to help me I will be grateful, thank you all.

But the FiveM eMail support continues to IGNORE ME!!!
I don’t know what to do with this sh**ty assistance…
