why this server is still blocked they already change the IP address and dedicated server, please help, its been a week that this server is down and there is no action from fiveM to unblock this server

This server has been blocked from the FiveM platform. Stated reason: This server might be hosted by an unauthorized GSP. You can only host FiveM servers from a (real) VPS/dedicated server provider, which is not advertising their services with FiveM, or from FiveM game server hosting . Servers from ZAP-Hosting are licensed, preconfigured, ready to use and available in many locations (EU, USA, CA, SEA, OCE).

Accidentally rented a server from an unauthorized host? Write an email to fivem@zap-hosting.com and attach the invoice. You will receive the paid amount as ZAP credit to order an authorized server.

If you feel that this was posted mistakenly, please contact support@fivem.net with the IP address of your server, a screenshot with proof of authentication with the ‘root’/‘Administrator’ account and the name of the hosting provider.
If you manage this server and you feel this is not justified, please contact your Technical Account Manager.

we did front and back on email but still no action taken , looks like our lifeline has ended,
i just looking other way to do it on our own that maybe community can help

There’s no issue to solve, your hosting provider was selling FiveM servers which is against the FiveM TOS.

You should as for a refund from them and then find a VPS/Dedi that gives root access and doesn’t advertise FiveM. Or use ZAP hosting.

That’s the problem, we are using https://streamline-servers.com/gameservers.php that was never advertise five M, Before this blocked happen we did receive Amazing DDos Attack about 10gb above size. after this block they ask us to change IP address and we did and have a COST somehow but still not solve, the support told us it will automatically unblock after that, but its been more than 24hrs

Your provider has been blocked due to Terms of Service violations (https://fivem.net/terms), namely advertising products with the FiveM brand. You will have to choose another host.
