i update artifacts to the latest version in console i type version and it says i have version v1.0.0.9655
i deleted artifact again and put the new one back but same thing it gives me
This is not a bug. You have downloaded a resource that contained malware. It infected your machine and every time you update the artifacts it will revert to some malicious version.
You will likely need to restart the entire server from scratch and not download resources from shady sites.
