is there a way to get server info (players, total online, weather perhaps) for fivereborn?

A specific server Im looking for doesnt show up on there, it is on the server list too.

It refreshes every 5 minutes.

I remember an api where you can get the server list and see view which resources servers has loaded, but I cant find it anymore. Can someone give me the link ?

What do you put after the “servers/” part
