Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried reinstalling FiveM few times, deleted caches. Server cleared their caches also.

I had the shop Issue with my own server, the only way around it for me was to restart the shop addon and it would work once, but then when I tried to open the shop again it would show no items, so would have to restart again. Sorry never found a way to fix that.
As for the Second Inventory, as far as I know that is for backpacks and vehicles, by the looks of it your character doesnt have a backpack, so the ‘Second inventory not available’ is normal.
