sd-ReducedDensity - Reduce NPC and Traffic Density on Your Server

sd-ReducedDensity is a FiveM resource that allows you to control the density of NPCs and traffic on your server.

Description :
“sd-ReducedDensity” is a resource that provides a simple solution to adjust the density of NPCs (pedestrians and scenario NPCs) and traffic (vehicles) on your FiveM server. By fine-tuning the density settings, you can create an environment with fewer NPCs and vehicles, offering several advantages:

  • Improve server performance: By reducing density, you can alleviate the server’s load, leading to improved overall performance and gameplay smoothness.
  • Optimize CPU usage: Lower density means fewer calculations required for NPCs and vehicles, freeing up CPU resources and enhancing server stability.
  • Create a customized atmosphere: You can adjust the density to match your preferences and create a specific ambiance on your server. Whether you desire a less crowded environment or a realistic simulation with fewer NPCs and traffic, “ReducedDensity” offers the flexibility you need.

Features :

  • NPC Density Adjustment: Fine-tune the density of pedestrians and scenario NPCs to your liking.
  • Traffic Density Adjustment: Control the number of vehicles on your server by adjusting the traffic density.
  • Easy Configuration: Customize density values through the reduce_density.lua file based on your requirements.
  • Minimal impact on other resources: “ReducedDensity” is designed to work autonomously and should not conflict with other resources.

can we get the opposite as well?

no, because very high values can lead to performance problems, especially with a large number of players and resources loaded on your server.

This looks awfully like Jeva/FiveM - Traffic and Ped Density/traffic/traffic.lua at master · jevajs/Jeva · GitHub.

Do you create any of your resources yourself or do you just take others, do the bare minimal effort to change one thing and then release it as your own?
