Script disappeared from Key management

Hi,
I made a purchase by mistake using a different FiveM account a month ago and transferred it to the correct account.
Yesterday, I canceled my previous subscription and subscribed to the Master Plan again with the correct account.
And today, when my previous subscription expired, the script disappeared from Key Management.
How can it be reflected in Key Management?

I have already contacted the plugin author.
He also pressed the Resend button, but he said it didn’t respond.
I don’t know where he’s having trouble.

I contacted Tebex, but there was no response.
