Have you ever wanted to see a restored Sandy Shores? What it would look like if it had not been abandoned by its residents (probably due to the environmental disaster that happened in real life in Salton City)? Then you can take a look at my modification that I developed together with my friend within the framework of “United-Pack”. There are a large number of modifications that change Sandy Shores, of quite different quality and focus. My mod on Sandy Shores contains the most authentic reworking of Sandy Shores relative to the original lore. The city looks as if the residents never left it and life flourished there just like in Paleto Bay. Every house, lot, alley and establishment has been worked out. The Motel and Yacht Club are working again and are well maintained, a new Sheriff’s Station has been created, and the abandoned Fire Station has been replaced with a new Hospital. Made the gas station work again, created new houses and roads between them, removed all large debris and dirt, cleaned the beach. Made new interiors for the motel reception, yacht club, hospital and sheriff’s station. The interior of the laboratory and stores still work (there are no changes in them), added a small car dealership building on the western end of the city. Made a penalty parking lot in front of the motel.
Features of individual buildings:
The Motel has a completely new beautiful garden, the Jacuzzi and swimming pool are working again, there is also a tennis court. The motel building has night lighting and a small reception interior. The parking lot is completely cleared of old cars and garbage.
The Yacht club building has been redesigned, a beautiful interior has been made, which significantly expands the functionality of the game. A pier and a swimming pool have been added.
The old fire station was replaced by a hospital that was built in the style of the old building. The hospital is quite large, there is a yard with parking inside and outside. The interior is very detailed and suitable for RP.
The sheriff’s station was completely made from scratch. New building, 18 rooms. A huge number of different functions, design and style were borrowed from the game “Tell Me Why”, but the layout is completely unique. In particular, there are cells, a garage, a waiting room, a main office, corridors, a sheriff’s office, an officer’s office, a kitchen, a dining room, a control room, a toilet, a locker room and many other rooms.

My future plans:
In the future, I plan to separate the interiors together with the buildings from the main mod for Sandy Shores and sell them in addition to the whole pack as separate interiors. However, this work will take time and is very complex from a technical point of view (the street, buildings and interiors are connected to each other directly by the same files)
