Who are we?

San Junipero was created by veterans and a community of passionate roleplayers. It is based on the TV show called Black Mirror (San Junipero episode) where people use virtual environments to escape the hardships of real life. In San Junipero you can be anyone and live any life that your heart desires!

SJRP is a whitelisted server based in the United States that utilizes QB-Core Framework. We are still in alpha phase, building the city of ALL our dreams. San Junipero consists of 5 whitelisted gangs, an MC, car racing and boosting enthusiasts, civilian jobs and activities such as bowling and golf, heists, drugs, and a wonderful SASP department of Troopers as well as SAFR. Streaming is encouraged and our community does not cost money to enjoy.

Love this city. The devs are long time roleplayers and are working so hard to make this city a place where everyone can have fun. The city is new, but growing daily and they are constantly adding new scripts and features. The city is filled with people with all different amounts of RP experience, great if you are new to RP or a long time roleplayer. The city has an active PD, a growing SAFR, player run businesses, city wide events, lots of things to do at any time of day! Streamer friendly!!

I joined this server burnt out on RP. Coming from a server that took things WAY too serious. I initially joined with the intent to only help with testing as this server is still in Alpha phase at the time of writing this, but the more time I spent around the people in this server and the awesome interactions I had with them, the more I found myself wanting to fly in and actually enjoying GTA RP again. This is a server filled with people that have been RP’ing for a long time so you can expect top-tier interactions, but it is also a place where if you’ve never tried GTA RP before, you are met with individuals that will come along side you and show you the ropes and the basics. I love the vibe of this city, and the devs are SUPER busy constantly implementing new content. I highly recommend San Junipero to anyone wanting a breath of fresh air or something unique and fun.

I’m truly loving this city! Not only is it named after my favorite episode of Black Mirror, the community is absolutely wonderful. While being in alpha stage, there is a lot to get into around city and staff are very receptive to any bugs or scuffs you may experience. There is a women’s only channel within the discord which as a woman roleplayer, means a lot to me. Population is steadily rising and everyone you meet is open to RP. IMO joining a server while in alpha is a wonderful time to plant some roots and carve out your story within city. Hope to see you around city soon!

I haven’t been in this city for long, but I am loving every minute of it. Joined this city due to a friend inviting me out. Having no experience in this universe as well and very little RP experience, everyone has been understanding and has helped me get acquainted very well. Couldn’t have asked for a better community to have joined as my first.
