I tried to set up a static ip address and port-fordward. I called my ISP and they can’t do anything about it. We can connect to the same server but the problem is that we play with the same character and for example if he gets banned on one server, I am banned too and so on…

Huh?
If your ISP doesn’t support static IPs (I’m sure they do if you pay extra and get a business line), you can’t do anything about your changing IP address. That just is how it works.
You can change your Rockstar account by deleting the AppData\Local\DigitalEntitlements folder and starting the game (just make sure Steam is closed if you own it on Steam).
No, we have different social club accounts. We get connected on the same id somehow. So I assume it’s because our router uses the same public ip to connect to the game server. Even the steam account is different.
They use the vRP framework, which is used a lot and it definitely uses the Steam account to identify you. So you guys must be using the same Steam account.
We do not… we have different steam accounts, different social club accounts, we had family sharing once, but I closed it a while ago, could that be the problem? I mean maybe some files were saved on my computer or something… I’ve been trying to solve this for 3 days already, nothing seems to make sense.
I even reinstalled steam now, nothing changed.
IT FINALLY WORKS!!! Thank you alot guys… it seems like those files were somehow shared with the other pc… at first I couldn’t find DigitalEntitlements in appdata because I did not had access to that file. It was somewhere hidden so I downloaded a program that deleted it for me. Now it works just fine, thank you guys again!
