Hello there
Overview:
I represent a crew (which is more like family now) which is based around roleplaying, messing around and having a good time. We were founded under the name Roleplay United in 2014 when me and a close friend of mine thought we should create a crew for family. We invited other of our close gaming friends onboard and we’ve had great times ever since. We’ve spent so much time together now that we see each other as brothers instead of friends. We now talk every week and we play every week. Most of the time we play FiveReborn as it is home to our dedicated server in which we can play on at any time. We have our own car pack to play with also which enhances our gaming experience in FiveReborn. We’ve made car packs since we were founded in 2014 and we’ve come from GTA IV to GTA Online to Multifive and now to FiveReborn.
What Do We Do?
Just as mentioned before, we play games and kickback. We try to play every week either here on FiveReborn or on GTA IV. Some of our members have other games too like Black Ops 2, DCS, Battlefield etc. Most of the time we do roleplays and other times we either myth hunt or just mess around. I record a lot during our sessions for YouTube so that others can see what we get up to as a crew.
Roleplays
We love roleplay. I’ve met some of the best people through roleplaying and I’m glad to say I still play with those people today. We are serious when it comes to roleplaying but not too serious to the point where we are professional and strict. The usage of modding is permitted as long as its for car spawning, changing your model or other sensible things that help set your role. Things like godmode or overpowered weapons etc. are not allowed.
How We Communicate
We mainly talk via voice chats through Discord. We have our own Discord server. If you don’t know what Discord is, long story short it’s a program that allows you to communicate with others at any time. Kinda like the in-game voice chat thing but you don’t have to be in-game to talk. Anyway, we also do a lot of talking through Facebook. We have a Facebook page, a group and a chat for the crew. We sometimes connect through Skype as well when we’re not playing.
Our Members
We currently have around 12 members - 5 of which who are active a lot. We’re all from different countries like Canada, United States, France and several others. I’m the only British guy in the group so god help me lol. We all speak English as our main language and we’re all into the meme universe so we’re pretty normal on the internet to be honest.
We’re Family, Not an Army
Roleplay United itself is a group with very few rules. I’m the leader of the group but that doesn’t mean I order people to do something. I usually ask instead of command so that everyone has a say in what they want to do. Everyone here is free to do as they please. It’s my job to organise things like our servers and resources. It’s my job to make sure that everyone’s game is working.
Other Affiliates
I myself run two crews in GTA Online and most of the staff within those crews are Roleplay United members. We have the “G4S Security - PC” crew and the “SA State Police - PC” crew. G4S is the most active crew as all we do in G4S is protect people in GTA Online from modders or players who are out to cause grief. Within those crews, I do give orders to the members.
Requirements to Join Us
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a legit install of GTA V (PC)
- Must have FiveReborn installed and working
- Must know English - both the ability to speak and write it
- Must have a microphone
- Have to be able to take jokes, even on extreme levels because we hate people who are easily offended or butthurt
- Must have some knowledge or experience with using mods
- Must have Discord
How Long Can I Stay For?
You can stay for as long as you want. Whatever you are comfortable with, we won’t judge. Just remember that we’re family in here. We trust you and we have your back, always. If you ever need to talk about anything regardless of what it is, we have some very understanding and helpful members to support you.
