Rockstar Launcher Keeps Launching on a Loop When FiveM launches (SOME REGISTRY ISSUE?)

What is the issue you’re having?

All I know is when I launch fiveM, the Rockstar Launcher has been launching with it, then I put in my information, get the code, put that in, then it acts like it’s gonna work, but then the FiveM window turns into the rockstar launcher window and asks me for the same goddamn thing I already put in again and again and again. FiveM NEVER actually launches. I don’t know what to do.
This is also happening with Red Dead, except that on RedM, I can actually launch RedM, but it will not load me into a server. I will be in an infinite loading screen that is stuck in the process “glue Network connected, triggering initial game load”. And then nothing happens and I never actually load into the server. Any server.
All my RedM and FiveM services are unplayable no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall them and the game.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have done everything. I have uninstalled, reinstalled things multiple times, swapped drivers in my installs, deleted all of my antivirus, turned off all of my firewall, formatted my computer, I have done EVERYTHING. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what is causing it. One time I refused to acknowledge the request, closed the window and then I got a pop up that said Could not get title access token from the Social Club. Error code: AuthenticationFailed/DupLogin.

Don’t get it twisted though, there is no dual login. I am the only person logged into my account.
I tried logging out of steam, logging back on. I tried everything. Nothing works

I did ask Rockstar for support and they pretty much insta closed the ticket and said it was not their problem, but not before asking for certain logs. I ran the logs through chatgpt and asked chatgpt to see if it found any issues and it did.

And this response would be fine, except chatgpt did not take into consideration that when I launch the game both online version and story mode, I have absolutely no issue login into social club and playing the game. It’s only when REDM and FIVEM get launched and request that I put in my rockstar password and email that the process doesn’t work, even though the specified path on both the citizen.ini files HAS the right path. It doesn’t even recognize steam as open. And I only have one account. This stuff has never happened before in eight years of me using fiveM and never happened in the 4 years I have been using RedM either.

The path is listed, but somethow when it’s requested by the launcher it shows as if I had no games in my account.

There are more process logs down in the comments that I got with Process Monitor that show the errors that are happening.

So chatgpt basically ran through all of my logs and step by step I kept trying new ways to troubleshoot it until I ended on one that worked. If you experience this problem you gotta delete all of it. Every single thing that is a requice of FiveM and RedM on a superficial level through folders you can easily navigate. Delete your steam cache. Get rid of rockstar launcher and delete the data. Wipe it all. Download everything again. Run RDR2 and GTAV on both story and online mode. Play a little bit. Download CCleaner and fix the registry issues you have. Restore you system to the past. I guess i learned it’s important to periodically make restore points so you can easily go back. Chatgpt thinks a windows update is what caused it. I restored my system prior to the windows update. Then I downloaded RedM, FiveM, ran them, and they both work. I don’t have issues anymore.
