Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? Rockstar Editor “Downloading Assets frozen” and cache not clearing.
What are you trying to do? Either clearing my cache or loading up a clip in R* editor
**What have you tried already to fix the issue?**I have re-installed twice, cleared my cache (doesn’t work, as in when cleared I load up FiveM and all my old servers are there.), verfiying game files, clearing citizen files
