Rockstar Editor crashes when trying to use effects

What did you do to get this issue?: Choose any effect from Rockstar Editor in any clip.
What server did you get this issue on?: All servers

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: Yes

Basically, when I’m editing some clip in Rockstar Editor, when I’m trying to choose visual effect, my game just crashes. I asked my friend to do the same thing on same server, and his effects works fine.
