In addition, they only have leak mappings, they don’t have to pay anything.

Now, it’ll be quite hard to force them to remove your scripts if they haven’t been properly licensed and whatnot, but least you can do is try. Send a detailed explanation of the issue to abuse@fivem.net and see what comes out of it.
