The creator claims that access to the assets is provided. However, after the purchase, the files are encrypted, and actual access to the assets is not granted.

You can always open a ticket in our discord so we can resolve the issue since this forum is not meant to deliver support.
However, The statement of “Assets are accessible: Yes” remains true and real.
You need to remember just because a resource you download includes an fxap file, doesn’t mean it’s encrypted. as you can see in the fxmanifest file, the assets are ignored by escrow.
You can take the asset files and use them separately without any limitations.
