when looking in discord my rich presence is only saying there is 1 person in the server until im next to someone else then it changes to 2.
ive removed the rich presence script and it still does it with the basic fivem one like shown in the pic

The script you’re running for this stuff is using outdated methods to grab players - find one that works with OneSync “Infinity”, I’m certain I’ve seen a bunch around. If you cant/don’t want to, you can also find a guide on this very forum on what changes to make to your current script so it works properly, it’s quite simple and doable by anyone with minimal code expertise.
