Reverse-Proxy - Now Mumble Limit Warning

I had my Network Dev guru setup a reverse-proxy server for me today. Now I am getting a warning in txAdmin:

[ voip-server-mumble] IP xxx.xx.xx.xx already has 32 Mumble connections active, rejecting client. This limit can be changed using the mumble_maxClientsPerIP

I set that convar in my .cfg, but got the same warning and all players after #32 could not hear or speak in the server.

Any ideas what to do?

Also, the IP that errors is the Reverse-Proxy IP - not the backend/server IP.
