Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
Windows version? 10 Pro 1803
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yay

Nothing special, restarted server, clear server cache, clear client cache, i never changed anything in this resource.
