Put the following files in the image from GTAV Directory into FiveM Plugins
Also, for anybody coming to this thread, doing this works you will just have to disable the NUI in-process GPU setting in the FiveM Main Menu to get the reshade to actually start working again.
FiveM messed up they need to go back to the old way
its either reshade with lagg in ui. or no reshade no lagg.
