- Have you port forwarded both TCP and UDP?
- Are you connecting to your game server using your IPv4 address? (not localhost or 127.0.0.1)

It was the problem of port forwarding, I opened ports: 30120 with TCP and UDP but it always says on the last web: Connection Timed Out
I only changed to a VPS and it worked, so it was my localhost problem
