I’m writing from my backup account because my main account @ripexv was suspended for stolen content even though the works was fully created by me.
This is seriously affecting my business. I can’t update or add products to my tebex store, my customers are waiting update and I feel my reputation is being harmed unfairly
I believe this is a mistake or bot mistake. I’ve sent two emails the first over a month ago but haven’t received any reply.
Please, If someone in authority can see this topic, I’m just asking for a manual review or any kind of response.

Looks like you were reselling rpemotes-reborn under an escrow - might have to do with that?
That violates the gpl 3.0 license we released it under, which also covers the props/textures.
I made the texture for this guitar, which you’re selling escrowed. Additionally, that flag is covered by a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, so you’re not allowed to sell it.
First of all, I saw that rpemotes was released publicly on GitHub, and I honestly didn’t see any clear note saying that modifying or selling it was prohibited. Since it was published as open source, I assumed it could be used — especially as I didn’t yet know how to gather or create animations myself at that time. So I used some parts of it (mainly the animations), while clearly developing the rest myself, as can be seen.
However, I genuinely wasn’t aware that the props or textures were licensed in a way that prohibited selling them. I now understand that I made a mistake by not checking the license details more carefully, and I apologize for that.
I’ve already taken the content down and plan to re-release it on GitHub completely free of charge.
Is there anything we can do about the suspension duration? I’d really appreciate any flexibility, as I’d like to move forward transparently and in good faith.
The reason I’m asking is because my customers are currently waiting on updates for other content I’ve made, and I’m unable to provide them due to the suspension.

I’m not staff, sorry if it came across that way - I’m just the main maintainer of rpemotes-reborn, I know some other storefronts got in trouble for reselling/selling rpemotes/rpemotes-reborn against the license so was just pointing that out.
You’ll need to wait for CFX/FiveM staff for now, I’m sure they’ll reply soon.
Appreciate you pointing it out — it definitely wasn’t my intention to misuse anything. I’ll make sure to be more mindful about licenses going forward. Hopefully, the CFX team gets back to me soon.
