[Request] vRP weed smoking high effect

Is there something that is already made/something that can be created to where whenever I smoke weed in vRP I get the “high” vision?

I dont want to upload it cause its not mine. You can edit the items that will cause the effects. So if you have custom items, like cured weed, or acid, extacy, whatever. You just add YOUR item name. It is @Sighmir 's vrpDrugs
