You could convert it to an add-on for FiveM, its not too hard
I could give you an example of something I converted from a replacer to a add-on if you want to learn from it?
i tried but failed miserably

edit: its pretty much the same process for any replacer (including police cars).
it may give you some insight on how to do this, I’ve added comments in the meta files so read through those.

Sorry, been super busy lately, I’ll get them done as soon as possible.
