[REQUEST] Peacetime Script

Hi, I am looking for a Peacetime Script that shows only when enabled and makes it so you can not shoot, But Disappears when disabled and is shown on a screen. So if i do /pt it shows PEACETIME: ENABLED at the bottom of the screen and if I do /pt again it does not show PEACETIME: STATUS it is just gone and off the screen.
