Does anyone know about a good non-els, lapd vehicle pack? Vehicle brands doesnt really matter as long as it is non-els with lapd skins or models.

Download some NON-ELS pack for example NON-ELS Bcso megapack with 28+cars which has been out for a while. Then get some textures from any modding site. (Lspdfr, gta5) and use OpenIV to replace textures. This one thing is probably the best you can do. Sure it takes a while to complete but youll be really Happy for your new car pack.

I want to try gtapolicemods but it says it has access to your pc files so I don’t know if it’s trustworthy
