Repeated Connection issues

What is the issue you’re having?

Started off with an issue of not being able to connect. Getting the server connect attempt failed 3 times over and over again. Would do the task manager closing out fivem, but that hasn’t worked. I was then getting issues loading a specific server for the last couple of weeks. Downloading the content manifest and then the mounting thing was taking forever.

I’ve been able to connect once or twice during all of this, but I cannot connect to it after the one time I’ve been in.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I feel like I’ve done a million and a half things that have been suggested to me to fix it.
-Cleared cache
-Deleted and reinstalled Fivem and GTA5

• Tried joining server thru f8 command
  -Installed a VPN (which I didn’t need for the server previously)
• Messed with a bunch of settings that had been suggested to me.. I can’t even remember everything that I’ve done at this point.
• Reset router and a bunch of other internet troubleshooting
