does this work as a regular phone? like you can call other players? or only for drug sales?

You could also probably use it to trigger bombs too if you were to expose an export or event that just passed the number being dialed
By any chance, does this send any sort of alert to the police when a sale is happening? if not, would it be too tough to add it?
