Reliable Custom Vendors

Hi,

I keep running into scammers online trying to sell other people’s intellectual property (custom cars, MLOs). I don’t want to get hit with a copyright violation for using stolen items in my server. Are there any vendors for custom cars and/or MLOs that you trust create them 100% on their own? Thanks for any recommendations.
