Which local weaponstress ?? There’s nothing mentionned about that in this post 
Oh sorry, i thought this was on another post.
This post doesn’t include any triggers to add stress to the player, this only establishes the base stress need and adds stress effects. You likely have another resource or a trigger tucked somewhere that adds stress when shooting.
