hello itsOJEZbaby, that’s because there is a player ping limitation in the LSI-FPS Booster script.
I added logic that if a player has a ping of more than 150ms then the player cannot join and I did this to overcome latency between players which can create problems in the game. you can set it in the script which I always open for further modification or maybe if it is not convenient then I will update it to the latest logic that I will create.
i see, This is for notifications in the console if there are no players joining and no settings have been set for joining players.
when I tried it, it had no effect on server ping but maybe I will turn it off in the next update or you can still change it in the script because my script can be re-modified.
but I’m sure, there is no effect on the player’s ping with that notification if only the admin console can see it.
Bruh…its saying its pinging consistently. And after checking its literally pinging every single second. It literally disconnects you from the server. I had to remove it
Actually, this script is not like the one in cmd which uses the ping command, but I added logic to check the ping in the game and this logic was previously available in fivem. Maybe I will add an update to create the latest logic so there are no misunderstandings.
Thank you for the explanation and honestly looking at the logic and outcome, its pretty impressive! I do have one more question, i noticed there seems to be a few interactions with the peds which makes sense, I did notice it affects alot of script i have that include npc peds, could you please direct me to the file or folder where i could modify it. I’m a lil lost with the name abbreviations lol. p.s thanks again!
hello again, I’m currently developing a new, more optimized logic for the latest version of FiveM and the GTA 5 client. Please wait for the upcoming release of this script, as I may incorporate all the feedback received. I’m also studying the logic to leverage the upcoming DLLs 3. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
