not necessarily, try using something you always used
i did get error about fx verison not working 
do as i said, use a version you always used and work for you, or add the files to a working resource that will have no problems

How can I change the image?
The texture is inside the file “rojo_trinity_billboard.ytd”, you can edit it using OpenIV.
