Update to my old Police_main ymap

(There will be other versions of this like without bollards but i will update that later so be tuned for that)

-Added smoking/hangout room for LSPD (Teleport script needed)

-Some objects dont collide right in fivem

1. It’s totally different ymap
2. I dont wanna spam 100 images in one topic and mix different infos and images together
3. It’s much more clear to make them individual topics
