The trailer acts as the attendees home, as you see often times some people live on site in such places. Reminds me of Sons of Anarchy or something haha. Also knew a guy in real life who lived in a trailer on a yard like this to protect it from would be thieves.
This is a custom made impound lot/tow yard/parking lot to add ambience and detail to Paleto Bay. A bit more life to it. Additionally you will see the new boulevard has trees, grass and shrubs, weeds etc. Even some trash. As well as on the island. Which used to be totally bare.
The car spawns are a variety of vanilla GTA vehicles to make the place come alive and also entice people to use the lot in the first place. Or perhaps try to steal something from it. LEO’s watch out! Security RP anyone? DOT anyone? Enjoy!
