Yeah, it’s not even supposed to be like that. 99% sure it is against FiveM’s TOS, both the lack of direct download link AND the locking it.

To the people who purchased how its doing? To the dev, have option to make only 1 lottery per weak? The win price would be based on the amount of tickets that players buy?
You can set how often will be lottery drawn.
And yes, lottery win is based on bought tickets.
Rewards are money from bought tickets.
