Cannot purchase on your tebex. Also do you have to edit the lua everytime you need to update the text?
most likely not.
Its just a HTML File so nothing special to edit
With a key, you can easily change it
When you buy the script the key is F5 but con change

Is this not the equivalent of qb-help (or whatever the esx/standalone versions are) with the background html updated to look like a tablet?

It would be a good idea if it opens once player spawn in game. This way they can see all keybinding, rules and jobs etc… It will help new players understand the server better.
