Yes!, I just uploaded the fixed model.
-Fixed Textures, & Added an Emissive Fridge Light
-Also Fixed Collision

but its fine now , i located it made myself a nice little fishing shop with a cashier and ne now sells fishing rods and bail, might make him buy the fish to
