Why are you saying you need an external website? Did you have issues just using the index as the loading screen file and listing all the required files in the manifest?

Yes I have had problems, some functions cannot be downloaded or not allowed by fivem…
like extension : .woff2 or .mp4
or another imagine the care exceeds 24 mb
Loadingscreen works fine as resource, mp4 isn’t supposed to work as that’s a commercial codec

really you can put MP4 and font (woff2 file) in fivem and start it. If you search on forum you can resolve your mistake or see other resource and fix it
