Enable Canary mode (not sure if this is still needed but enable it anyway) and make sure you join a server with ScriptHook enabled. And double check you’ve installed correctly.

To those who are having problem with Lambda, apparently it only works till 1604 GTA version.
Double check your server.cfg if you have these cmds:
set sv_enforcegamebuild 1604
sv_scriptHookAllowed 1

Thanks for this, but unfortunately using this version causes my game to crash. It did resolve the error for the 2545, though 
But trying to bring up the menu just causes FiveM to crash.
