A few hot dog and burger stands in Mirror Park. I have added proper flags to them so that AI will occasionally spawn as the attendant. Additionally they have a chair to sit in. Sometimes a friend of the attendant will also be sitting in a chair as you see sometimes in real life they have a regular customer or a friend who often kind of hangs out with them for a while. Additionally added some garbage cans and coolers for the soda and what not that they often have next to their carts for better realism. Occasionally, a homeless person may be digging for garbage in the bins, though rare as it is mirror park. Also added a picnic table beside one of them as seen below.

Nice work, but why is it not uploaded directly to the forums, but instead the tebex store? It may also be confusing people that they’re free props rather than maps, just something to consider.

I meant to write Ymap which I will adjust. But a map add-on is essentially what it is. As opposed to something like an MLO. Anything short of that to me is just a Map addition of sorts. External buildings that are not MLO’s as well even if they have an interior persay.
As for keeping it on Tebex, its for organizational purposes. If I need to make an update to something its just a lot more streamlined if I can have everything in the same location rather than across here or other sites for GTA resources etc. Time saving as I’m quite busy with a lot of things.
