This looks nice but i was expecting a bit more… Maybe make it a real party house with ped spawners around possibly, and some more decoration around the whole establishment and not just by the pool.
Thanks for the feedback, Peds do spawn there during daytime around the house, Yeah i was thinking of doing that but i dident really know what to add on that small area 
Very good location, however going back this could be very much expandable with more items and or maybe an open interior with the house. Otherwise its a 10/10 for me like the simplistic part of it.
